Candidates who are suitable for the position from the SETCOLD candidate database are invited for an interview. A preliminary interview is held with the invited candidates by the Human Resources Department. After the preliminary meeting, technical application and/or foreign language tests are performed when necessary and the patient is examined by the workplace physician.
Reference research is conducted for suitable candidates. The selection process is finalized by making a job offer to candidates who are suitable in the opinion of the department manager. Candidates other than the selected candidate are stored in the database and they are always contacted. Adaptation of new employees is ensured through orientation and OHS training.
